Hi! My name is Lauren Conti. I proudly own LCs Trackside Kennels, a doggy daycare created from my lifelong love of animals, especially dogs. I have been surrounded by dogs for as long as I can remember, and caring for them has always been a huge part of my life. My experience includes working for two years in the dog daycare and boarding department of a veterinary hospital, as well as interning with the Albany County Sheriff’s K9 Unit for three summers. For the past two years, I have also provided dog sitting and dog walking services, giving me the opportunity to care for dogs with all different personalities, ages, and needs. At home, I have two dogs of my own, Miley, who is 17 years old, and Milo, who is 8 years old, along with my three cats, Roscoe, 13, and Luna and Aurora, both 2. My own pets have taught me just how important it is to have someone you can trust to care for your animals like family.

I opened LCs Trackside Kennels because I wanted to turn something I have always loved into a career where I could make a positive difference in the lives of dogs and their owners. After gaining experience in veterinary care, K9 work, dog walking, and pet sitting, I realized that working with dogs wasn't simply something I enjoyed, it was what I truly wanted to do. My goal is to provide a safe, fun, and caring environment where dogs can socialize, play, and enjoy their day while their owners have peace of mind knowing they are in good hands. While LCs Trackside Kennels currently offers doggy daycare, I have exciting plans for the future! I hope to eventually expand our services to include overnight boarding, grooming, and training, allowing LCs Trackside Kennels to become a place where families can find many of the services they need for their dogs all in one place.
